An Exciting Announcement from Rabbi Joel A. Alter, Director of Admissions at JTS:
On behalf of Cantor Nancy Abramson, Director of the H.L. Miller Cantorial School, I am thrilled to announce that cantorial students entering JTS in fall 2017 will receive $10,000 in supplemental support for two years: their first two semesters at JTS in New York, and also in the year they spend a semester of study in Israel. The support will be provided on top of our existing need-based financial aid.
JTS is making this special investment so our cantorial students can more readily commit their full energies to their training.
